Export settings that travel across platforms

Export at 1080×1920 for the sharpest result, or 720×1280 when file size or export minutes matter more. Keep burned-in text away from the bottom and right edges where TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Facebook UI icons sit. Mute the ReelWorkshop export if you plan to add a platform sound afterward so tracks do not clash. Every destination re-encodes uploads, so treat your MP4 as a strong source file rather than the final delivered bitrate.
